I thought that this was as close to the Easter Bunny as Susannah was going to get, but after this sweet wave and some checking-out from a distance, she went in for the hug. Here's the wave.....

After that she was all about pictures with the Easter Bunny!
Of course the animals were there roaming around. Susannah loves the horses, she goes right up to them and giggles with excitement. Wonder where she gets that from??? :)
Susannah went to bed Saturday night talking about all the "treats" the Easter Bunny was going to give her. She was so excited about this concept. She ran around the house for about 5 minutes trying to decide where to leave her basket. She finally chose to leave it by the door that exits to the garage. I guess Mr. Bunny drives a car. :) Not only did she leave her Easter basket out for him, but she also left her pacifiers in it for him to take away. Way to go Susannah! We are so proud of our big girl. The Easter Bunny was so proud of her too that he left her lots of fun toys and yummy candy!
He also left an Easter Egg Hunt for her in our house. She hunted like a champ! I loved listening to her say "oh, there's a pink one! there's a purple one! there's an orange one!" She was so excited and giggling like crazy.

After the basket, the hunt, and too much candy for breakfast, we went to church. Here are pictures in front of the Easter lilies. Susannah's on a total sugar crash in this first picture.

For Easter dinner, the Easter Bunny left this yummy cake for Miss Susannah. Do you think she likes it?!?
And one more hunt at my parent's home. Look at the focus...seriously, she's running for the eggs. She's going to be throwing elbows when she has a little brother to compete against!
