Exploring T-town!

We are really enjoying Tulsa.  Exploring a new city is a lot of fun - especially when Michael and I have such awesome little ones to explore with!

Our final moving box from OKC - Sophie and Russell buddy helped me out

Welcome to Tulsa brunch!  Our sweet friends organized a brunch for us when we moved.  We had a great time catching up, meeting new friends, and playing!

Our first Tulsa festival, Chalk Fest

The kids had a great time dancing to the live music....and Russell found himself some pretty girls to talk to!

We LOVE the Aquarium, even bought a pass!  It's a great indoor place for exploring and fun.  It also has daily animal feedings and events throughout the year that we can't wait to try out.  Fun!

Feeding the shrimp

Petting the horseshoe crab

One of my favorite things about our home is the location.  It's right off of the trail that hits the river and then goes for miles.  This makes the Brown family very happy :)

Pumpkin Town!  Who knew this place would be so great?!?  Russell and I were invited there on a playdate; and then we returned to share the fun with Susannah.  Both kids had a blast.  Susannah keeps asking me when October is so she can go back to Pumpkin Town.  Mark this one down as an annual stop!

This slide was HUGE.  I can't believe Russell did this all by himself - boys!

Michael and I think she looks pretty good riding....might have to look into that sport! :)

We found our new dentist.  This kids had so much fun running around, meeting everyone, checking out the cool dental gear, and picking out toys.  The hygentist told me that she's never seen kids so happy to be at the dentist.  I think we owe our good feelin' dentist vibe to Dr. B - miss you!

There are beautiful gardens near our home.

Woodward Park is an awesome park near our house.  It is so beautiful, especially this time of year. The kids have done some real good "squirrel hunting" here.  It's on the top of my list for "places to run your kids until they pass out." :)

Peoria Street Halloween Parade - we took the kids to Jimmy's Egg before the Parade and Jimmy himself was there...this was a magical moment for Susannah.  Her favorite restaurant is Jimmy's Egg - pancakes with hot syrup, please.  Can't expect much less from a girl who's parents served breakfast at their wedding.  It's in her blood! haha!

Enjoying the outdoors....

Baby, it's cold outside....winter is coming....indoor playtime for me and Russell buddy....
