*4 new top teeth, all in one week
*crawling everywhere, which led to pulling up and now cruising. We laugh when he crawls over to his highchair, pulls up, and starts growling and screaming like a wild man. Trust me, he has yet to miss a meal!
*Says Ma-Ma, Da-Da, and Hi, but his favorite way to communicate is by growling and screaming. His whole body will shake sometimes because he gets so into it - hilarious.
*Russell wants me to rock him to sleep less and less these days. He's is more likely to nurse and then get in his crib to play and fall asleep. I know this is a good thing, but I am not quite ready to let go of my rocking chair time. Hopefully he'll give me a little more snuggle time - there's no better feeling than my babies sleeping in my arms.
*Clap! Clap! Clap! He loves to clap, especially for others - quite the performer. And he will always clap if I sing for him. See...somebody loves my voice! :)
*Waving to others. It's great...he does a full arm wave with much excitement.
Russell started MDO this month, too. He attends with Susannah and she is so excited to have him with her. She took him into his classroom with me and she introduced him to the other baby. She told the teachers, "this is my brother, his name is Russell and he is a baby." She was definitely in her big sister role at this point....a little protective, mothering, and loving...all in one wonderful big sister.
First school picture together!
Cuddling in the playroom together. These two melt my heart!
What's on Russell's mind? Eating, of course! This look was followed by some screaming and growling. Everytime I open the fridge, he crawls at rapid speed to it. So funny.
If it's not to the fridge, then it's to the kitchen table - eat, eat, eat! :)
